Hi, I’m Tiffany—the founder and owner of Envisioned Event Planning LLC. As an educator, devoted mom of two, and passionate event manager, I bring a calm, organized presence to every event. I thrive on logistics, attention to detail, and creating experiences that allow people to truly be present in the moment.

My faith and deep love for nonprofit work fuel everything I do. I believe meaningful events don’t just happen—they’re intentionally managed so the host can focus on connection, not coordination.

That means we’re behind the scenes making sure timelines are followed, vendors are in place, and everything runs smoothly. Event Management

For clients who have the big picture in mind but need expert help bringing everything together in the months leading up to the event, along with a reliable team to handle all the details on the day-of.

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and planning progress

  • Budget support and tracking to help manage expenses and stay on target

  • Vendor recommendations based on your budget and style

  • Coordination of vendor contracts, schedules, and requirements

  • Custom event timeline creation

  • Venue & rental logistics coordination

  • Regular planning check-ins

  • On-site event management (up to 10 hours)

  • Vendor direction & guest flow support

  • Event wrap-up & breakdown coordination

  • Add-on hours available at $150 per hour.

  • Based on guest count, additional staff will be added at $100 per staff, per hour

Ideal for: Clients who have an event in mind but need expert assistance with planning, coordination, and managing the event from start to finish.

Day of Management

For the planner-at-heart who just needs a professional to step in and execute their vision on the event day.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to review your timeline and vendor plan

  • Finalized event timeline & logistics review

  • Vendor confirmations & communication

  • On-site event management (up to 10 hours)

  • Flow direction for vendors & guests

  • Event wrap-up & vendor breakdown support

  • Add-on hours available at $150 per hour.

  • Based on guest count, additional staff will be added at $100 per staff, per hour

Ideal for: Clients who have planned the event but want a seamless, stress-free execution by professionals.

Vendor Sourcing & Support

For clients who need help building the right vendor team and organizing essential details.

Includes:

  • Curated vendor suggestions

  • Proposal and contract review

  • Planning checklists and scheduling guidance

  • Ongoing communication support

Ideal for: Clients who are early in the planning process or need help sourcing trusted professionals.
